■Department Introduction/Organizational Structure
This department establishes and promotes business processes related to the provision of payment services offered by Rakuten Payment.
The department supports the business processes of our various payment services across the board and collaborates with Rakuten Card and other Rakuten Group companies to support the provision of payment services.
As QR code payment services become more widely recognized, the number of stores that have adopted them is increasing, and the number of users is also increasing rapidly, so we are constantly improving and restructuring our operations.
In executing our work, you will be responsible for proactively and independently promoting the "PDCA cycle" of "analysis, problem identification, problem-solving planning and execution, verification and improvement" of feedback from stores and users, while collaborating with all related departments.

■Specific Job Descriptions
This division is in charge of "user support," "merchant screening," "fraud monitoring," "administrative operations," and "acquiring contact," across all of our services, including Rakuten Pay, Rakuten Edy, Rakuten Point Card, Rakuten Cash, and Rakuten Check.
The team consists of new graduates and mid-career employees with diverse work experience, and each group collaborates with each other from operation design to operation promotion.
The actual operations are conducted in collaboration with a number of outsourcing partners, and each member is responsible for maximizing the business performance of the partner company by designing, building, managing, and improving the operations for which they are in charge.
1) User support: Designing operations to respond to inquiries from users (merchants and users)
2) Merchant screening: Design of business processes related to merchant screening
3) Fraud monitoring: Operational design of fraud monitoring for both merchants and users
4) Administrative tasks: Operational design of various administrative tasks required for the operation of each service
5) Acquirer contact: Negotiation with acquirer contact for credit cards, e-money, etc.
■Requirements
